D I Y - Hand Sanitizer

Se me hace muy loco que sea prácticamente imposible encontrar las tiendas, gel antibacterial, alcohol o artículos de limpieza.

Así que les comparto algo que normalmente hago para tener en mi bolsa de trabajo ya que ayuda a neutralizar olores en la ropa y a desinfectar, pero hoy en día es un magnifico plan para combatir al virus.

Materiales:

- Agua

- Alcohol

- Aceites Esenciales 

- Frasco atomizador

De preferencia re utiliza un frasco así dandole un segundo uso.

Si no tienes o consigues alcohol puedes utilizar vodka, si, happy hour!!

Pon 1/5 de agua en el frasco, dependiendo al porcentaje del alcohol que tengas agrega 3/4 de alcohol, lo que recomiendan es usar productos con 70% en alcohol isopropílico, agrega unas gotas de aceite esencial, a mi me encanta el de lavanda por que me relaja mucho, también agrega unas gotas de algún aceite hidratante puede ser de oliva o de rosas. De esta manera previenes que tus manos se resequen tanto por el alcohol.

Me gusta esta idea por que ademas de protegernos sirve de aromaterapia para estar tranquilos al mismo tiempo.

Materials:

- Water

- Alcohol 70%

- Essential oils

- Spray bottle

Preferably, use a bottle like this, giving it a second use.

If you do not have or get alcohol you can use vodka, yes, happy hour !!

Put 3 parts of the bottle of alcohol and one of water, leave add a few drops of essential oil, I love that of lavender because it relaxes me a lot, also add a few drops of some moisturizing oil can be of olive or rose. This way you prevent your hands from getting so dry from alcohol.

I like this idea because in addition to protecting ourselves it serves as aromatherapy to be calm at the same time.
